This is actually a really easy one to make yourself. Just go in to editor, select every country, edit, and move rating to 200.
I wouldn't recommend it though. 200 in all countries is simply too many wonderkids. I've found about 175 for all countries is about right.
Cheers for the link Wkd, but that's actually the one I already found :P Looking for one that is simply 20 divisions on top of each other - no pyramid! I'll check YouTube for videos, thanks man.
