could you change Conor Coady to a Center Mid as he plays that role 9 of 10 matchs i see him play.
Also could u have a look at suarez mainly his work rate he is proberly one of the hardest working player in the prem.
Maybe his accleration he is quick of the mark but lacks pace so 14 pace is...
I would recomend Douglas Costa from Shaktar i got him in 2012 for 14mil think he wanted around 70k wages plays both RW and LW amongst others also got 26 mil for him 2 years later when i changed tactics. Also is strong with both feet.
And James Rodriguez from porto cost me 2.5mil a decent back...
