Hey guys. Has anyone come up with a good system yet for lower league/non league teams yet?

Hi guys i like to play a 442 diamond with a dm, cm x2 and am. anyone had any success playing with this? any help would be much appreciated

So, i started with Dover Athletic and played a 4-3-3 formation, romping to blue sq south glory. Cant win no matter what formation i use in blue sq prem. no goals in 7 games. HELP!
