Very talented player, particularly at League 2 level. The only thing I would be wary of or that my hinder him in reaching the very top are his low composure and concentration stats. Though of course he is young and mental stats develop a lot with age

Well mate you're creating the chances so other than that I'm not really sure what you can do, other than take a long hard look at the guy who's failing to bury them! Maybe you need somebody more clinical at centre forward, with high level of composure being essential.
