I wish to chose my reputation as Sunday League Footballer, but i just can't select this option, it's available from Semi-Profesional Footballer. Why? Can i chose SLF reputation?

if I transfer a player with option "At least 50 matches" with 5 million,I pay depending on how many appearances are? or Only if they play 50 games? I mean, if the player have, let's say, 49 matches i pay something for him? A procent? something like that?8-|

How could i add,as manager, an favourite personnel? it's a chance for that?
