Couple of my best regens, Carbia and Paulitti have probably peaked though the other two have some ways to go

My Iniesta/Messi duo, although Carbia seems to have peaked, Paulitti has a long way to go :)

I played him in advanced forward and poacher; he was amazing for 2 seasons but last season did pretty badly... Still develops into a solid player:

Torres is insane for me :D I play him as a poacher alongside a DLF (drogba or lukaku) and he's reached his 100th Chelsea goal midway through 2nd season.

Hi I'm new here :D, I'm looking for a solid defender in my 2nd season as Chelsea to play on rotation or back-up. I was looking at Shawcross and Otamendi but I can't seem to get a good deal on them... Any other suggestions (under 20m would be great) It'd be great if i got some advice on how to...
