i solved it :D I went on the official bug reporting fourm and someone else had the same problem. I changed rendering mode to software rather than GPU assisted :)

So I'm trying to play an edited database with my friend on a network game and i keep getting this message when choosing a team unrecognised error in record unpack routine. it will work however in single player. Any help would be appreciated! :D

if you want a cheap striker, get Daniel Sturridge, currently in the 3rd season 23 goals in 22 appearances. turns out to be a cracking player, england regular etc!
