PC..Problem is i cant entry in editor..

I cant use editor 2012 and not just me ..no one of my friends cant use it ..Do you have any solution for this ...i asked for this because i made ex-yugoslavia league on fm 2011 and was really excting.. I wish to create this league aggain ...please help me with editor..:)
