A good tactic will see one of these teams in the top half in 1st season. An awesome tactic will see them qualify for CL. It would take an exploit-level tactic to win or challenge for win in 1st season with Eibar or Elche.
Try changing from "Overload" to "Control"
If you conceded a lot on counter-attack in previous encounters, remove "Push higher up" instruction.

I use "Control" when I score first. It appears to make it less vulnerable to counter-attack, while still scoring a lot.
