Small database always. Load as much as possible playable leagues. I have 50+ leagues and with small database. That's around 70.000 players which is more than enough, and transfer market will mostly work because there will be many clubs to create demand, but small database will limit supply.

14.3 is just insane! SI created every team to be like Arsenal FC!!! Not only senior teams are plagued, but I noticed abnormal number of injuries in reserve/U21/U19/U18 teams. This completely ruins younger players. When I send younger players in loans many of them pick 2-3 months injuries...

This happened to me in Athletic Club save! Herrera wanted the same in the start of season with the same transfer request week later, but I ignored him. Two months later he was happy to play in club :wub:.
