I like to start a save, see what I can achieve in a few seasons and start again. All you need with Southampton is a good season and you can offload players like, Long, Mane, Tadic, Ramirez and Rodriguez also go. It took me three seasons to sign Neymar, and that was after being in the Champions...

I personally let my Assistant do them, I'm not sure what it is recommended. But hey it works for me, Southampton managing to sign Neymar!?

It was made for the last patch, but I think it works great in the 15.3 Patch.

As you can see. no squad depth at the moment, but I have just signed Neymar I'm getting a bit bored now, and I don't know who I should try and sign.

Tactic is amazing, abit worrying at times when you're down 2-0, but a quick team talk of show some passion, and I'm unbeaten up until December! (Apart from losing community shield)

Anyone and Everyone: Playing a cup game against Blackburn, within the first 30 Minutes, Debuchy, Sanchez, Rosicky, all had to come off with an injury.

Getting at least 2-3 injuries a game with Arsenal in the newest patch, any ideas why?

I've been playing with Arsenal in 15.3 & with this tactic, it's either bookings or injuries. Lost to Man City in Community Shield, beat them in the league a week after, overall a tactic worth trying, just got to keep in mind all the injury-prone Arsenal players haha.

Have you found a team yet? What about Luton Town, they are doing pretty well in League 2 after just being promoted again, try and succeed with them on FM?
