Hey lads heres my New system I was cooking up.
Tested with barcelona won the league first season.
CL only got to quarter finals namely cause of injuries and because I set low continental bonus (knocked out by milan)
Testing for 2 seasons now. First season won the league easily 93 pts way ahead of real.
Second season so far undefeated but we have a vastly improved squad as you can see..Nevertheless second season so far we are virtually unstoppable with the system. Only competitive game I lost so far was Brugge away because mbappe was injured and also because I decided to give some young players like Ilais Akhomach some playing time.
Tactic proved quite solid defensively for example I started second season 8 clean sheets in a row in league . Nestor araujo 15 goals first season. This season he scored 12 GOALS in 14 appearances but this season competition for places is very high so he actually starts much less for instance we have Josko Gvardiol now. First season won the league with a pretty modest squad only notable signings were Amine Gouri and Luiz Felipe on loan (the lazio cb).

AMC or wingbacks take corners preferably but as long as its not your centerbacks or strikers anyone can take them (I tried CM and it works ok though the amc seemed to do better).
Training to assistant individual training by roles.
I would also take approach shared by vujevic that against tough games where you are strong underdog might be best to try cautious mentality or to preserve lead on last minutes.
