Hey there lads here's my new work.
It's a relatively simple 4-4-2 formation.
After having a headache seeing many wierd and unorthodox formations I decided to go back to the basics and try to create a simple working 4-4-2 formation.
The work started back on the previous patch and I made some tweaks specifically for this patch.
Fullbacks or cm's should take corners ( although maybe wingers ok too) with the foot of the corner taker opposite of corner.
I tested with no OI but you can try oi to assistant if your assistant is rich in Tactical Knowledge (namely 15+).
Training to assistant , and find someone with high judging player ability , motivating , man management and discipline.
