Hi! This tactic is one I used with Real Betis and won the everything with them.
For this tactic your CWBs will be going forward and overlapping constantly and crossing so CWBs with good crossing will be great for this. Your anchor has to be able to sit in front of the defense most of the time as your BPDs will be trying to take the ball out from the back most of the time. Also having defenders with a good pace will also make this tactic work the best.
