It is tactic that i used in my save where i went from worst Russian Premier League team to Napoli then to Man Utd. I played this save in november-december 21' and decided to test this tactic by holidaying season with Norwitch (predicted 20th).
If winger's strong foot doesn't match with wing (right foot on AML and left foot on AMR) i guess you can just change the role to IW.
