I created this 3-4-3 based on Louis van Gaal's idea of pressing. Let the goalkeeper and center defenders have the ball and block their passes forward. Made it 3 SS on AMC instead of 2 CF's with an AMC to create more dynamic movement up top. Fast defenders are a necessity along with pacey wingbacks.

Tested this with the Netherlands (3rd in WC) and FC Groningen (winning the League)
