I've always thought what would happen with a tactic where there are three CBs and two DMs providing solidity in the middle of the field. This tactic is exactly that, also it forces almost whole team via roles to press greatly but not tirelessly. Wide midfielders are mostly to provide width and stretch opponent's defensive line for the forward to run into channels and CM on attack too. CM is also the most creative player on the team. One thing that works well for me too is instruction for both forwards to swap places from time to time. That way there can be no individual cover from one player from opponent's team attached to one of my strikers. This tactic also produces high possesion.
Screenshots are in polish. Custom polish league db made myself. Lost matches here are against teams that are much better for the league in first season of running custom db. There are always a few seasons where teams needs to reshuffle to match their level. They shouldn't count, apart from Grunwald. That was my mistake.
