An aggressive and intense 4-2-3-1 that remains responsible at the back while providing attacking edge from the front 4.
In the final third I either set instruction to Shoot on Sight or Work Ball Into Box depending on how the game is going
(Ex. If I am losing I will try to get more shots off)
Striker can either be set to AF or CF depending on the quality of players you have at your disposal. I have Lorenzo Lucca who is great all around. With a smaller or less physical striker AF could be the move and it should still work well.
I use nearside corner tactics that were glitched to begin the year but honestly still work very well.
Note: I am definitely not a highly qualified tactic tester, but this is what has worked for me in my save this year with both Anderlecht and Milan in Domestic and Continental competitions. Won the league every year using the tactic. Twice in Belgian Pro League and once in Serie A totaling 102 points with Milan.
