Tactic I've been using with Wrexham to climb out of the depths of British football. Complete wingback on attack is one of the key men. Lots of assists from that position. Winger on that side should go inverted if possible, but can work with a winger on support as well.
At least one pacey striker at the top with the other more flexible, but ideally a good distributer who can play as a DLF on attack or support for your other striker and your inverted winger(s).
