I won the Super Lig twice (invincible) and the CL once with this tactic.
It implements a Regista which will play like a playmaker, a CM on attack who will take shots and attack the box and a CM who will play a less aggressive role and use their technique more heavily.
The two wingers either enter the box, turn around play a short cross to the far post and get an assist, or attack inside and score themselves.
And Sesko, well, it's Sesko.
Cicaldau was my CM on attack duties for the CL winning season, you can see his stats there.
My left winger is on "cross less often" as his crossing attributes are bad but you can change that.
The full backs only work on the full back role, I tried playing them on WB and CWB but they kept getting 6.5's every game so I switched it around and voilla!
(In game editor is turned on so I can fiddle with nationalities to bypass the Turkish League foreigner rules, didn't quite work, I'd rather you download the fix for it)
