This 4-3-3 is a basic but effective tactic with no player instructions, only relying on the instructions that come with the selected roles. I have gone for a slower tempo and short passing to hold onto the ball for as long as possible in a match (this can be easily adjusted for a more attacking tactic). you will need a DM like a cassimero who can hold that position to allow the 2 in front to push on.
