This is my 4-3-3 tactic which gets 62-65% possession each season. SK-De, 2 CWB-Su, 2 CD-De, 1 DM, 2 Mez-At, 2 IW, 1 AF. This is a high intensity tactic but with Much Shorter Passing Directness. All 9 non-CDs are set to Tackle Harder.
