I have been steadily building this over the last few FM's and seems reliable even going back to FM16/17. It's a relatively simple 41221 - not entirely sold on a couple of roles, but seems to work enough to be decent. The aim is to control possession in a game, whilst constantly probing the opponent defence. It is a fairly cautious tactic, and you won't really destroy teams.
I'm not entirely happy with how it is, but it's stable enough. It can work throughout levels, from top tier clubs to lower tier. It seems a decent base to build upon, but I'm not tactically smart enough to do it.
