Very Structured High press 4231, with inverted wingers running from wide to narrow. Scores a LOT, pretty decent defensively too. Set up set pieces however you want. NO OI's.
Player recs: Noone specific. works best with reasonably fast wingers who can dribble, and a DM who can pass well.
PI's and Roles:
GK (SK - De): Pass it Shorter, Tackle Harder
LB (WB - At): Tackle Harder, Sit Narrower, Run Wide with Ball, Pass it Shorter, Cross More Often, Take Fewer Risks, Shoot less often
CB's (BPD - De): Dribble More, Tackle Harder
RB (WB - At): Tackle Harder, Sit Narrower, Run Wide with Ball, Pass it Shorter, Cross More Often, Take Fewer Risks, Shoot less often
LDM (DLP - Su): Dribble less, Shoot less often, Tackle Harder
RDM (BWM - De): Pass it Shorter, Take Fewer Risks, Dribble less, Shoot less often, Tackle Harder
LW (IW - At): Pass it Shorter, Take Fewer Risks, Shoot Less Often, Stay Wider, Tackle Harder
AM (AM - Su): Pass it Shorter, Take Fewer Risks, Cross More Often, Dribble less, Shoot less often, Get Further Forward, Roam From Position, Move into Channels, Tackle Harder
RW (IW - At): Pass it Shorter, Take Fewer Risks, Shoot Less Often, Stay Wider, Tackle Harder
ST: (AF - At): Pass it Shorter, Take More Risks, Dribble Less, Shoot Less Often, Tackle Harder
**NOTE: the BWM - De role can be changed around to most of the other De roles if you want, I like A - De, BWM - De, or DLP - De. Also, the AF - At can be a PF - At.
All footedness, training, etc is discretionary. Top scoring position is generally RW.
