Built the tactic up over several seasons, taking Chesterfield from the Vanarama, to a top 4 Premier League challenging team.
Goal galore from the advanced forward, and a very reasonable about coming from left wing.
Ball winning mid is important and does what it says on the tin.
Right wing is the position I'm unsure on so far, don't seem to get a lot of joy down that side.
Defence is fairly solid, I do struggle from time to time with this team, but i think it's more an issue with the quality of player not so much the tactic.
Any input welcome on how I can improve it.
