I was inspired by Zealand to start a PSG save and play until I lost. To my surprise, I managed to go all the way and go through an entire season with PSG without losing a single game, winning Ligue 1, the Coupe de France, and the Champion's League while doing so. This is the primary tactic I used.
The tactic itself is a very aggressive 424 with 2 advanced forwards, 2 inside forwards, and 2 wingbacks. I think double advanced forwards work extremely well in FM22's engine since they'll take on playmaking responsibilities in addition to making runs in behind. The wingbacks will take on the space vacated by the inside forwards who will look to get into the half spaces and playmake. The midfield is quite basic with a cm(d) and cm(s) who are primarily there to win and distribute the ball. The tactic also presses well if you have the right players and most resembles a 442 when you look at the average positions of the players.
I've also used this tactic successfully in the late stages of my Blackburn save to win 7 trophies in a single season. I've included screenshots of that save as well. Overall though, I wouldn't recommend this tactic to teams in the bottom half of their league in terms of talent because of its aggressive nature. I expect it to perform better in subtop rather than underdog tests.
