this is my tactic, I created it for FM 22 where I won the treble with AC Milan, Manchester Utd and AS. Rome, but I tested it also with lower tiers teams such as Pescara (brought from Serie C to Serie A losing only once in Serie B (2nd tier in Italy) but I unfortunately lost saves and screenshots.
This year I tried this tactic with FM 23, and it still works as you can see from the attached files.
It's a 4-3-3 narrow, with high tempo, 3 narrow forwards who I set as one AF and 2 DLF but they can be changed according to the type of players each time has. It's better not to force players to learn roles they don't suit in. With 3 forwards, one could be a False 9 who can create a link with midfielders. I set midfielders to DLP, BBM and AP but if you prefer a more defensive play you can set the AP into a BWM.
