Here is a tactic I found after a lot of research. Based on a Guardiola style (if you have the ball, you don't concede a goal). Maybe having a superstar up front would help to make more chances.
Possibility of changing creative freedom and passing in space during the game.

Tested during a career with Izarra, Schaffhausen and then Young Boys (now at Espanyol Barcelona).
