Of course, it's not very overachieving tactic, but i tried to create some specific way of playing, which includes defensive oriented principles like 1) low possesion 2) direct play 3)counterattacking play 4) strikerless formation.
In previous FM versions i also tried to emulate such style, with mixed results.
For sure it requires some polishing, because 4th place for Villarreal it's not a great result, but for sure - decent and acceptable. Tactical instructions use regroup instead of gegenpress ,so the style of play is a bit different from most popular tactics.
For most of home matches i used positive version, with higher defensive line. In matches where the AM suggested attitude change, i used counter-version.
Some hints about player requirements : both WM with good dribbling and pace, DLP with good vision (Pirlo type), BBM operates a bit higher on the pitch so decent finishing can make a difference. Both SS with good into channels movement, decent pace and off the ball. Left CB scored some of goals after FK and corners, so don't forget about good jumper there.
Much more experienced players are capable of making required tweaks, so every criticism is appreciated.
