This is a tactic I've used that creates a decent amount of chances but generally keeps it quiet in your own defensive third. It's easy to tweak instructions and player mentalities to chase games as well. As AZ in the Dutch League, I've managed to win the title in my first season (by goal difference vs. Ajax!), and then went on to win the next three titles as well. We've made the Champions League Quarterfinals twice, and have reason to believe we're going to have a chance to go further this season. This is the base tactic used, and I train another slightly more attacking version with different forward roles to help ensure the squad is well versed in some of the tactical changes you can make from this.
