5221 Assimetric

A tactic for the better teams, but it can be tweaked in order to addapt to underdogs as well, backing the Ball Winning midfielder (in a "weird" 3-3-1-2-1). The main purpose is to inflict quick but very eficcient attacks, with 3 very technical and fast players in the higher positions, the ofensive midfielder is ultimately the focus, as it is the one who controls the game in the attack.
It does amazingly well defensively as well (conceded only 4 goals in 3 matches in a total of 19 games in the portuguese league managing Sporting).
With the right changes, it addapts to any situation.
