I originally made this tactic for FM16, and it's done wonders, espscially in FM19 and FM20, where it's taken North Ferriby from the bottom of the football league to Champions League. I've so far tried it with Hull City and it still works perfectly.
Winning league 1 with ease (predicted 1st) 1st season, earning promotion from championship (predicted 21st) 2nd season and ending 5th in PL (predicted 20th) 3rd season and winning the Carabao cup. Still mostly have the same squad as in league 1 with a few additions suited best for mid-table championship teams.
Left back takes right corner, right back takes left corner. Both backs should be able to throw far. Three attackers easily produce 20-35 goals each. Left and right attacker work as wingers, so it's important right attacker is right-footed and left attacker is left-footed.
Tweaked original tactic halfway through 3rd season for set pieces to work better with target man. Ended up joint first on goals from corner, plus scored 10 from throw ins in the premier league.
