Simple 4-3-3 tactic that utilizes high-pressure when the team is out of possession and uses a balanced approach when the team is in possession. Main goalscoring threats are IF on the left and AF on the center. IW on the right will probably have a balanced goal / assist ratio. All players should have decent stamina, work rate, team work, determination, bravery, aggression, tackling, strength so that team can win back possession quickly and catch the opposition when they are not in their ideal defensive shape.
