This is my first tactic on FM22 that I made myself. It's a balanced 4-3-3 with player roles that are complementary to each other.
The box to box midfielder links up with the inside winger. The winger keeps the pitch wide, the advanced playmaker on attack fills the gap from the winger and the ball winning midfielders creates a 3 player rest defend. the wingback fills the gap from the inside winger in the wide area, and the fullback holds position behinds the winger or overlap the winger.
The advanced forward creates mostly goals as it's his main priority.
