Pretty much identical to Guru's FM19 tactic just tweaked some positions and player roles. Had alot of success with it. with various clubs. Wouldnt say it brings success right from the 1st match but after a few months results really pick up. Tried with a few different clubs and worked from top clubs to mid level.
