This is a very offensive, high intensity 4-3-3 DM Counterpress Tactic.
While being fairly solid defensively it offers a lot of threat offensively.
The CM-A is the central role in driving the offense and should be a very good allrounder considering offensive attributes (dribbling, passing and finishing)
The Anchor will stop a lot of central advances towards your goal, make sure he is defensively gifted since that is mainly his only job.
For the IF-A speed and dribbling is substantial, they will drive your fast counter attacks down the flanks and create opportunities for your striker.
The AF-A will be the main goalscorer with a lot of advances ending in a pass towards hin, make sure he is good at finishing and the associated mentals.
Otherwise enjoy the tactic and let me know your success with it.
