4231 - have found balance to be a good starting point, increase to Positive/Attacking if chasing goals. Cautious or less seems to ship goals
Weaker teams over perform with this tactic - often see a really strong 1st half of the season and average 2nd half when simming. Likely due to teams sitting deeper and playing on counter in the 2nd half, so I reduce the Defensive line slightly if this is the case or drop one DM support to DM defend
Stronger teams score lots of goals - especially if you have a fast striker.
I would recommend defenders with pace and a goalie with good decision making - wingers don't have to be fast but good on the ball
AM has out performed SS in my testing, have found a lot of success with retraining BBM's with good finishing to play there.
Attached test is Wolves, but have tried with Bournemouth (6th), Liverpool (1st), City (1st), Everton (4th), Spurs (2nd), and Brighton (12th - which I think is good for Brighton on this years FM..)
