Databases Euro 2028 and 2032 hosts 2024-09-27

Euro 2028 is set to take place in the UK and Ireland, but the game still selects from a semi-random list of candidates.

This sets England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland as hosts, and in 2032 Italy and Turkiye, as is planned in real life, before going back to the regular rotation. As for Northern Ireland, you can set more than 4 hosts but it seems to break Euro qualifying - I may look at eventually releasing a separate version later where Euro qualifying is adjusted as well, including making the hosts qualify. There's a max of only 3 nations that show up under the competition header, but all 4 do auto-qualify here.
