It's a tactic developed by me in FM21 with which I was able to become 3 times unbeaten in Polish 1st division and win the treble with both Liverpool and Jagiellonia (a mid table team in Poland) in 6th and 7th season. In FM22 so far I was able to get Bordeaux promoted to Ligue 1 with only 6draws and 1 loss in 38 games, 93 goals scored with only 19 conceded. Unfortunately forgot to take screenshots of stats before moving to manage Eintracht. Our best player was AM in the person of Emmanuel Banda scoring 13 goals and assisting 22 times in 37 league games. The strong part of the tactic are offensive corners as well with both of central defenders and one of midfielders scoring 12 goals from corners in promotional season. I haven't used any OI's. If the team was struggling to keep possession i'd drop passing directness to shorter. If the team is struggling offensively I'd tick Be more Expressive or change the mentality to Standard depending on the opponent. The tactic is created with an inspiration coming from Ten Hag's Ajax and playing principles of Marek Papszun.
