What inspired you? - Bug in FIFA Manager 11 for CB Regens where the Height was always too low to stop Crosses so I used those Regens as Wide Liberos(Not Possible on FM23 Sadly). Sadly I can't also draw arrows for the players to reposition and overwhelm a flank which helped me win the World Cup with a randomly selected Latvia. I will try to recreate it with something Asymmetric and Man Marking after I've played more FM.
What to expect? - In Combination with Crookball Two and Three: Unbeaten till Jan Season 1 with my first ever team on FM23 Watford in Create a Club Mode where I made a Dribbler-Playmaker Libero, Holding Target Man and a Raumdeuter-Attributed IWB all young at ~26mil transfer value. I edited positional familiarity as I don't believe in the concept. Also whenever the team bugs out and starts passing it to their GK instantly when we gain possession from start to finish I reopen the game as I feel it makes no sense for the team to be doing the opposite of what I've instructed for Build Up Play.
Set piece takers? - Usually just leave 2 decent Pressers back.
Opposition Instructions (OIs)? - Everyone Man Marking from one side and center and the deepest option for the wide Player we are leaving unmarked and Trapping Outside then leaving 0-2 Defenders and 1-3 wide players to Press with. Idk How you can Simulate that tho.
Player Instructions (PIs) - Safer Tackling early and when booked and Harder Tackling before SubOut or late. More Pressing when losing or drawn or before halves end. Balanced Pressing when ahead by 1. Less Pressing when ahead by 2-3.
Recommended players and attributes per position? - Teamwork and Workrate everywhere except TM. Good luck finding Liberos. On my 5th Year on FIFA Manager 11 Save I had 3(+1 Out on Loan and +2 more in Academy and Reserve) 167-176 Centimeters World Beater Talent Pressing Regen Liberos because of the broken height generation in that game. The Playmaker needs to be able to Press or at least Mark fast players so maybe just look for a creative Ball Winner(I Loaned in Nicolo Fagioli). Its good for the BWM to be able to playmake a bit as well. Since I cant play the Libero as a wide stopper they have to be able to at least mark either a fast or a tall player. Have one Fast and/or Smart Inverted Winger with PPMs to beat the Offside Trap paired with a more Creative or Technical IWB. The other Inverted Winger can be Creative or Technical Paired with a more Channel Attacking IWB. All Wide Players Should be able to Press or at least Mark Fast Players. Also need Fast or Smart Defenders on the Bench for when I switch to the High Line Crookball Three(I signed Malachi Fagan-Walcott).
Any specific training? - Lighter Training between matches if I switched to the High Press Crookball Three sooner during the game.
Footedness of player per position? - I mostly train Both Feet for the Creative Roles and the Wide Players.
Top scoring position? - Inverted Winger with the Beat Offside Trap and the TM from Mixed Crosses.
