Databases [FM24] Russian teams to Asia (club and national) 2024-10-01

Russia joins the AFC here, moving their continent and shoehorning their club teams into the Asian Champions League.

The national team file changes Russia to Asia and fits them into the international competitions, although Northern Marianas have been moved to Oceania to make room in some of the hard-coded competitions. The Asian coefficients seem to handle losing the N. Marianas fine. They're eligible for the Pacific Games for now, but I haven't put them in anything else as they're still not a FIFA member IRL, and it looks like the Oceania comps (which are surprisingly easy to edit) are specifically built to only include the 11 FIFA members since they double as FIFA qualifying. Might work on that later.

Here's a file where the N. Marianas club teams are eligible for the OFC Champions League.

The club file, like my FM23 version, puts the Russian cup winner and top two league teams - currently banned from UEFA - into the Asian Champions League, starting in the second season. Teams from the Ural Federal District and eastwards play in the East prelims, teams from west of the Urals, in the West.

Also contains the new ACL prize money. Haven't bothered with the new restructuring as teams qualify for continental comps in the background already and it's best not to mess with.

Note that the hard-coded sanctions on Russian teams mean that their "home" games are at neutral venues. They show up in the Asian coefficients, which seem to rise and fall as normal, but not in the separate page showing qualifying spots - so I've given them a hard 3 spots in the ACL every year starting in 2024.
