A 4132 inspired by Marcelo Gallardos River Plate system. Inspired by this FM19 thread among others:

Have enjoyed surprising succes, getting promoted three times in a row from the 4th level in portuguese football to the Liga NOS. But that could be explained by having strong teams for the level each time. However, upon promotion the team we have continued against far better teams with better players - Benfica, Braga, Porto and Sporting among others.
The tactic is based on quick, central passing and overloads with midfield runners creating havoc and full-backs providing with in tandem with movement from mezzalas.
