Hey lads I wasn't making fm tactics for a little while but then suddenly today I decided to play another season on my old Ajax save.My previous tactics won me some throphees on the same namely I won 2 everdivisies back to back and 1 dutch cup and even made it to the europa league final (lost to milan on penalties) however they were missing some kind of spark and weren't quite good enough against top CL sides (for instance second season , my first season in the cl I was knocked out in round of 16 only).
Then third season I build a very good squad but I realised I need a good tactic for thangs to crack off good.
My friend Arnold told me he uses a 5-2-1-2 formation on this patch and it inspired me to also create a 5-2-1-2 formation.
And almost INSTANTLY with this formation I stumbled on the right roles and instructions with only a few minor tweaks needed (version 1.3) to create a MASTERPIECE tactic that won me a quadruple:
SOME RECOMMENDATIONS:
Use set pieces either mc40 knap or delicious as mentioned on vujevic's threat:

Set OI's to assistant with high tactical knowledge.
