well, i'm a long time football fans and i've been creating 4-3-3 since 10 years ago, so just try it.
1. make sure you have a proper F9 who does not have move forward style traits;
2. there 7 tactics with different mentalities, choose a proper one. if your players are given too much space to pass and dribble, choose the one with higher mentality; if he just cannot turn around, choose the lower mentality one.
