I feel like I can never really anticipate how my players will perform or how they will react to my tactics. I had always felt maybe I was really poor at assigning players to appropriate roles or that maybe I misunderstood how players react to instructions. Maybe.... at the end of the day.... I am just really poor at tactics. I have a couple versions of this type of play but it is suppose to encourage a high tempo play that encourages a lot of off the ball movement to bewilder the opponants but with a control in possession because I dont trust my players with long balls.
