This formation I created is something i've always liked the look of. Solid at the back and strong through the middle whilst also having width using the wingbacks. I have always hated the loan striker in football so this tactic has two with an attacking midfielder behind. We have 3 CB's on defend duty one as a BPD, 2 WB's on support and 2 BWM's on support duty too. This gives us a solid base and win back the ball out of possession better. Attack wise we have an AM to link midfield and the forward line which consists of 2 AF'S all on attack duty. AM can be changed to an AP if you have a player good enough or if you have lots of strikers even an SS but i like to use an EG however its hard to find many in the lower leagues
So far I have only used this with southport fc and won the Vanarama north so hoping people can try it with different teams and leagues see if this suitable for teams other than underdogs.
