This is my base tactic that I use for my local team save, Stourbridge FC!
I'm not going to pretend that I'm any good FM, so I'm just looking for some information on what I should change for a tactic in the 7/8th tiers of English Football.
I play a style which doesn't seem to make sense, as a play attacking football but with multiple players on Defend. But it works as the overall player quality in the Southern League is very low.
