I have fiddled and failed with 3 at the back formations all FM, I have tried many off this site! But i have finally developed my tactic to the point where i am confident i can post it to this website.
I am not sure how it will fare in. the test, but get the right players and this is a lethal formation! Its great at holding more than 55% possession even against good teams and we score plenty of goals, enough to promote my Birmingham side!
You can see in my first screenshot, we moved to this formation after the Brentford game and havent looked back since, winning the championsip!
