Installation Instructions
1. Download the Database2. Move it to the following location on your PC/Mac:
- Windows: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\editor data
- Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2024/editor data

(redirects to SI forum thread)1. Download and extract the Facepack using a tool like WinRAR, 7-Zip, or The Unarchiver.
2. Move the extracted folder (it should contain individual player folders or images) to:
- Windows:
Documents - Sports Interactive - Football Manager 2024 - graphics\faces - Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2024/graphics/faces
3. Launch Football Manager 2024 → Go to Preferences.
4. Search for "cache" and:
- Uncheck "Use caching to decrease page loading times"
- Check "Reload skin when confirming changes"
Your facepack should now be visible in-game.

This entire project is my own original work, built from the ground up. Every player, every rating, every club and staff detail has been researched, created, and balanced manually over the course of 15 years. This is not a rework or copy of anyone else’s database.
This release represents the final, definitive version of a project that began as a passion and has evolved into something truly comprehensive and unique for the FM community.

How It Works
Preserving the FM24 DatabaseAll current players, clubs, and histories remain intact. Legends are seamlessly added, not replacing existing data.
Not a Historical Reset
This is a complete football timeline, not a rewind to a specific era. Players from all periods (1880-2024) appear together.
How Player Ages Are Determined
Players are assigned an age range (14-28) based on their birth decade.
Younger players develop over time, while older players begin at or near their peak, with gradual declines.
Awards and Career History Adjustments
Retired players are recreated from scratch, meaning awards like Ballon d’Or titles will not carry over, ensuring historical accuracy.
Existing "Non-Player" profiles are edited rather than deleted, preserving player data wherever possible.
Compatibility with Other Mods
This database is compatible with most standard updates, including league expansions, real-name fixes, and graphical mods. However, some player status updates (e.g., turning retired players into staff) may conflict.Example: If a separate update turns Ruud van Nistelrooy into a coach, while this database restores him as a 17-year-old prospect at FC Den Bosch, conflicts may occur. Users should choose compatible mods to maintain database integrity.
