Hi guys, I've been playing FM since 2007 with some great success (the biggest one was Curacao in the WC quarterfinals in FM13). This is the first time I've decided to share my tactics, and I hope for a good test.
Its shape is a 4231 with 2 DM's. I wanted to create an offensive tactic with lots of movement, that is also defensively sound.
The first test was Ajax, where we achieved almost an invincible season (a random loss against Heerenveen). In the next season, I tried it also with Ruch Chorzów in the Polish second division. The media prediction was 11th place and so far we are on an unbeaten streak.
Mentality: Positive
The main goalscorer will be probably either of the Inside Forwards.
The tactic works for TOP and middle teams, not sure about the underdogs yet.
